Air sealing is the difference between an 'ok' insulation job and a truly excellent & effective insulation job.

Not only is it one of the easiest things to overlook or do inadequately, nothing you can do to your home will be more cost effective. The key is to pay attention to the details.


We offer two Air Sealing packages with our insulation:

BASIC – Top plate wire holes & other pentrations

PREMIUM – BASIC + windows, doors, caulk base plate & vertical corners


For existing homes, we recommend starting with our
HOME PERFORMANCE TEST.

For a reasonable price (based on the size of your home), our Home Tightness Test will find the air leaks in your home & offer solutions to them. Using a blower door (see pic), our technician will depressurize your home, which is not as painful as it sounds, and then walk around finding where uncontrolled air is entering your home.

The EPA constantly recommends improving your Air Sealing as the easiest way to save on energy bills – know where and what needs to be done is the key to success!
